Shipping and delivery

We ship Raduga Grez toys worldwide. If we are unable to ship your order to your country (this is rare, but it does happen), we will notify you and issue a refund.

Shipping costs depending on the country. You can find out the cost at checkout.

We will carefully pack and ship your order within 1-2 days after you place your order.

Shipping within Germany usually takes 2-3 business days, within Europe 7 days, and within America 12 days.

During the holiday season, shipping times may be longer. Weather conditions, strikes, and other unforeseen circumstances may also increase shipping times. We are unable to control these factors.

The shipping price does not include any import costs or other taxes, which will always be borne by the buyer.

Payment methods

All our prices are in Euros. Shipping costs and customs duties are not included in the price. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro.
